We still can’t believe that it’s already the tenth edition of our RoamsysNext Connectivity Innovation Forum, that has been established to bring industry experts and leaders together to share insights in hot topics and recent activities of operators and GSMA working groups. The new BCE (Billing and Charging Evolution) standard is indeed a hot topic and our guest speakers will talk about theory and praxis as well.
Pascal Dejardin (ORANGE Belgium) on behalf of the GSMA will provide some background information about the challenges Defining the BCE technical standard.
In the second part we will move from theory to practical aspects. Antonia Gabler (Comfone) and Werner Kalkbrenner (T-Mobile Austria) will provide a Practical guide to implementing BCE.
