At RoamsysNext, the difference between making good software and making great software, is our people. To expand our international team, we are looking for a highly accurate and reliable person to support our Client Service team. The team duties include customer support, customer account setup and the support of the Sales and Operations team. You’ll be joining a highly supportive, growing team of web developers and telecommunication experts working on creative projects and products. We are looking for people who are powered by passion and eager to do the best work of their lives in a highly autonomous yet collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Keep contact with customers to understand their needs and wishes and to meet deadlines
  • Account setup for our fast-growing number of international customers
  • Working and aligning with customers during the data migration process
  • Supporting other teams: Operations, Sales and Customer Support

Your qualifications

  • Work permit for Luxembourg
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a customer focused mindset
  • Fluent in English – German, French and/or Spanish is a plus
  • Hands on experience and excellent skills in working with MS Excel
