Save the date: The 7th edition of the Connectivity Innovation Forum takes place on Wednesday, December 2nd, 3 PM to 4 PM CET.

We are excited to offer the exceptional opportunity to meet influential people from the industry. Enjoy the presentations, take part in the discussion and broaden your network!

The first topic will deal with Cellular IoT (LTE-M and NB-IoT) and M2M business opportunities. Before operators can even think of returning to pre-COVID-19 levels they need to focus on new revenue streams. Mobile IoT connections increased due to healthcare, remote working and supply chains, so M2M roaming devices must also be included in appropriate billing, providing transparent traffic and developing services. For this purpose, Milja Hofman, CEO Roamingwise, created a new training on “M2M Roaming”. She will give a valuable introduction to her training and discuss the features of Cellular IoT (LTE-M and NB-IoT), the roaming agreement and M2M business opportunities.

Correspondingly, Graeme Coffey, Head of Marketing at AdaptiveMobile Security, will delve into network security which should be a major factor in the choice of M2M and IoT service roaming strategies. M2M and IoT Service design and optimisation should not only be driven by coverage, technical design and commercial considerations alone. Without a clear view of the security requirements and the ability to enforce security policies services M2M/IoT services may be compromised. These compromises in security of the services can impact individuals, critical infrastructure or even national security. AdaptiveMobile will discuss the role of mobile network security, access to threat intelligence and security decision making in high value M2M applications.

The forum will be hosted by our business analyst Mihai Luca. Register now at forum@roamsys-next.com. Afterwards, everyone is welcome to join in a lively discussion.
