Yesterday RoamsysNext introduced the newly established Advisory Board with chairman Gerrit Jan Konijnenberg. Today we are proud to welcome Stephen Brewer who will drive our global connectivity vision as vice-chairman.
Widely followed and admired, Stephen Brewer always has a few plates spinning which is why as an experienced consultant, a dynamic passionate leader and corporate entrepreneur he’s perfectly placed to provide his wealth of insights to RoamsysNext. Formerly CEO at Vodafone, Cable & Wireless and Digicel and previously CCO at O2 and Orange France, he’s now the managing director of Magnet Networks and also acts as an advisor, coach and mentor in a number of companies in Ireland, the UK and internationally.
Stephen’s hands-on approach to accelerate change will help RoamsysNext to develop its strategy and transformational planning to lead innovation throughout the whole industry. “This industry has faced tremendous disruption in recent years, which is why the vendors who support mobile operators need to really put themselves in the operators shoes and enter with original ideas”, said Stephen. “I believe RoamsysNext have the solutions to raise the game of MNOs. I’m happy to be a part of their evolution.”
His previous roles have focused on strategy, sales and customer service within B2B and B2C in the technology, software, communications, retail and business services and distribution sectors in highly competitive and hostile markets. RoamsysNext is very happy to benefit from his experiences in building telecoms networks in France, the Caribbean and Ireland.
Michael Grasmück, CEO of RoamsysNext, introduced Stephen Brewer to the company two weeks ago: “The whole company feels very honoured to welcome such a respected industry leader in our office in Luxembourg. Everybody can feel from the beginning that we are making a big step forward with our company.
Stephen will be back in Luxembourg, soon to join the regular meetings of the Advisory Board. Find out more about the new RoamsysNext company structure on our website!
